Georeferencing the Natural History Museum's Chinese type collection: of plateaus, pagodas and plants

This article showcases a workflow for georeferencing used by and herbarium to georeference type specimens. It includes challenges from old specimens with handwritten labels and different languages used throughout the collection. The authors show how they developed different workflows depending on the language and other characteristics of the information in the labels.
